Participant Registration - REGISTRATION CLOSED

To participate in the 2008 Big Ten & Friends Utility Conference you must register online. The $125 fee covers instruction, conference materials, continental breakfasts, refreshment and snack breaks, lunches, the golf tournament, Sunday dinner and Monday banquet. Registrants are responsible for all other meals and lodging.

After we've received your registration form and payment, we will confirm your registration via e-mail.

Vendor Registration - REGISTRATION CLOSED

Vendors wishing to participate in the 2008 Big Ten & Friends Utility Conference are also required to register online. Once registered you will be contacted to select your vendor booth. As always, your participation is encouraged since this conference unites major universities from across the nation.

The $160 fee per vendor reserves your company's booth space in the vendor fair and covers refreshments, snack breaks and lunches for one company representative. Additional company representatives will be subject to a $50 fee to cover for their meal expenses. Although vendors do not participate in our conference sessions you will have access to the participants during scheduled breaks and the vendor fair. The vendor fair will be adjacently situated to the conference meeting room to allow easy access to all of the conference attendees.

We have one final sponsorship opportunity for the vendor reception. If you are interested in sponsoring this event please note it in your registration form.

Cancellations/Refunds

All cancellations and refunds must be received in writing by mail, e-mail or fax. Full refunds will be made for cancellations received by March 3rd. Refund requests made after that time will not be honored and the participant or sponsoring organization will be responsible for the fee. Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may send a substitute.

The university may cancel or postpone any activity due to unforeseen circumstances. If the conference is canceled or postponed, the university will refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for any other related costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/changed charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
