Insurance

The Study Abroad Office requires all students going on an official UT program to purchase an International Student ID Card or iNext Card. In addition to this card we strongly suggest that student purchase a supplemental overseas insurance policy. Students are also strongly encouraged to maintaine their U.S. coverage in case they need treatment upon return to the states.

Students participting in affiliated programs quite often have insurance coverage included in their affiliated program fee. Please reference the affiliate website or catalogue for details.
