Membership in the Hispanic Faculty/Staff Association (HFSA) is open to all faculty members and staff employed at least 20 hours per week at The University of Texas at Austin, regardless of religion, age, race or color, marital status, national origin, disability, or sexual orientation.

Currently, dues for membership in the HFSA are $15 per year (September 1, 2008 to August 31, 2009), payable as a check to "UT-HFSA." Please complete, then print, the fillable membership form below, and submit it along with your dues, to HFSA Treasurer Juanita Rodriguez, either at the next HFSA meeting or via campus mail.
