Project Summary
The abbreviated Summary of Work is as follows:
General Construction Provide Job Order Contracting Services for General Construction, Campus Wide, during the contract period of one year (with four (4) options allowing extensions). All projects under this solicitation will be considered “furnished & installed”, and will vary in quantity and size. Separate job orders will be executed for each General Construction project.
The work will be based on specific Job Orders which define the Work by Statement, Drawings and/or Standardized Specification and Details, negotiated by unit prices from a standardized Unit Price Book (UPB), adjusted in cost by a Contractor’s coefficient and criteria described in the Proposal Documents. Individual “Job Orders” for specific work performance projects shall be issued for multiple trades and disciplines. Multiple Job Order Contracts could be awarded with a guaranteed minimum dollar award of $25,000.00 per Contract per twelve (12) month period.
Each Contract awarded is ANTICIPATED for a maximum dollar amount of $3,000,000.00 per each Contract period. Each Contract released will be considered for a Base Period and four (4) Option Periods.

From the South: Take the Manor Rd. exit and continue north through the light passing Mt. Calvary cemetery on the right. Turn right at the LBJ Library sign and stay to the left. The Facilities Complex is just across Dean Keeton. Turn left. At the second driveway, turn right.
From the North: Take the Manor Rd exit. Turn left at Manor Rd. then left again onto the frontage road. Continue north, passing Mt. Calvary cemetery on the right. Turn right at the LBJ Library sign and stay to the left. The Facilities Complex is just across Dean Keeton. Turn left. At the 2nd driveway, turn right.
