Event Transportation

PTS and Star Shuttle & Charter provide transportation services for faculty, staff, and student groups of the University. All UT affiliated groups may charter transportation services (including sedans, limousines, passenger vans, 29-passenger mini-buses, 49-passenger coaches, 55-passenger coaches, and 57-passenger coaches) from Star Shuttle at a discounted university rate. It is important to submit your request for services with advance notice to insure the resources and personnel needed are available.

We reserve the right to increase rates during peak pricing and citywide events; rates subject to change without notice Driver Changes on extended charters is $250 per change Driver Accommodations on extended charter can be included in the charter rate at a specific rate based on the month of travel or it can be arranged and paid by the customer Parking, Tolls and Special Event Fees to be paid by the customer Additional State Line Fees/Taxes will be included in the cost of extended charters Pricing is done by time or miles whichever is greater Star Shuttle & Charter reserves the right to subcontract equipment due to a mechanical failure Environmental Fee on all motor coach charters = $18 per charter Environmental Fee on extended charters is quoted on a case by case basis March, April, May, September, October, and November, ADD 10% A Fuel Surchage will be placed on ALL charters (schedule is below)
