Vending Services
Refund and Repair Requests are sent directly to
the vendors, Coke, Pepsi, Canteen, and Lone Star Ice Cream for a more prompt
service response. A vending online
survey provides a pulse for continued improvement. To better serve
you, please indicate the following in your Refund/Repair Request: Not taking
coins; Not taking dollar bills; Did not vend (flavor); Selected (flavor), but
received (flavor); Product was hot/warm; Product was outdated or Refund button
did not work. |

In September 2001 Vending Services became
a branch of Parking and Transportation Services. Vending
oversees the vending machines on campus with the exception
of residences, and RecSports facilities. We work with four
vendors; Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Canteen, and Lone Star Ice Cream,
to offer campus a broad selection of quality products from
over 600 machines.
Effective January 1, 2005, Vending Services signed agreements with Canteen for
snack machines and Lone Star Ice Cream for their vending machines. The
new machines offer a wider variety to better serve the UT community. |
