Locations and Hours

• The best option for determining what permits are available purchasing permits, paying citations, making an appeal, or updating address or vehicle information is online through MY PARKING PROFILE.  Permits cannot only be purchased but you can arrange to have them delivered to an address of your choice and print a temporary permit that can be used until yours arrives, usually 3-5 business days.
• The PTS Administrative office, located in the Trinity Garage (TRG) at the corner of Trinity and MLK . The office is located on the east side of level one of the garage.
  Hours: 7:45 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday - Friday, except official UT Austin holidays
• The Brazos Garage (BRG) located at Brazos and Jester Circle Drive (near the Jester Dorm)
  Hours: 7:45 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., 7 days a week, except official UT Austin holidays
• The San Jacinto Garage (SJG) 2401 San Jacinto Boulevard, between 24th and Dean Keeton.
  Hours: 7:45 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday - Friday, except official UT Austin holidays

Pull a garage entry ticket to enter the garage. Bring the ticket with you, and we will validate your parking for the time you are in our office. For your convenience, a location map may be found online.

* "C" Permits are only SOLD in these garages and cannot be used as a permit to park in the garages; they allow parking in "C" Lots and Longhorn Lots only
