LBJ Library & Museum Construction

September 2007 - June 2009

 
Due to the renovation of the LBJ Plaza, access to LBJ Library & Museum will be altered during the duration of the project, expected to extend from September 2007 until June 2009.
 
At all times, there will be at least one door open for access to LBJ Library & Museum, including access for library users with mobility impairments. There will be specific signage at the construction site as different access paths and doors become open or closed during the plaza renovation.
 
Parking may be disrupted from time to time, but in general the parking lots to the east of LBJ Library & Museum will be open at all normal times.

The contractors and UT will post signage directing library users and visitors along open paths as construction progresses. These signs will provide the most current and clear information about access venues available at any particular time.  Still, calling ahead may save you some frustration.
