The Comdata card is accepted at any fuel station that accepts MasterCard.

How to Request a Card

To request a commercial fuel card, complete Form FMS-cfc1 (pdf) or Form FMS-cfc1b - for boats (pdf), read and sign Form FMS-cfc3 (pdf), and if a signature authority cannot receive the card, fill out Form FMS-cfc2 (pdf) and forward it to Fleet Management Services via fax (471-3629) or campus mail (D3000). Or you can deliver them to the Fleet offices at FC6.

Lost/Stolen Cards

To report a lost or stolen card, please call Comdata’s customer service at 1-800-282-7496 then contact Mark Smyth at 471-0350.

Roadside Assistance

Texas Building and Procurement Commission is currently working with Comdata to establish a contract with a roadside assistance company. Until that occurs, you can call the Texas DPS number (1-800-525-5555) found on the back of your Texas driver’s license for assistance anywhere in Texas.
