Class D permits are issued to students, faculty and staff with valid disabled license plates or identification placards. Class D permit holders may park only in spaces specifically designated for the physically disabled. If no specifically designated spaces are available, go to the nearest guard kiosk or notify the university Police Department (UTPD).
