Parking Manager - Events

Linsey Duett started working for PTS in May of 2000 as an Accountant III. After realizing accounting was not her thing, she was given the opportunity within PTS to take on the challenge of becoming the special events coordinator. In this position, she assisted colleges, schools, departments, and organizations with arranging parking for any event occurring on campus. She also assisted visitors, vendors, and contractors with their parking needs. In May of 2006, Linsey was promoted to the parking services manager over special events. Her team is committed in providing a positive parking experience to all coming to visit the university. Linsey’s office number is 512-471-5283.

Wayne Davis, D.M.A.
Events Supervisor

Wayne brings a mixed bag of experience to his position as a PTS supervisor. He has nearly 10 years of service at Northwestern University; first, as a concierge, where he prided himself in providing excellent customer and later, as an assistant to one of the associate deans where he gained expertise in administrative duties managing an office. Wayne has also had a modest career as a professional opera singer. Some of the companies he as performed with include: the Chicago Lyric Opera, Sarasota Opera, San Francisco Opera, Fresno Grand Opera, and the Eugene Opera. As an educator, Wayne has taught at both the community college and university level where he has found great pleasure in fostering young voices and mentoring musicians as they pursue careers in the arts. Completing the varied assignments as an events supervisor allows Wayne to use his skills in customer service, management, performance, and mentoring.

Dave Kazmirski, B.A.
Events Supervisor

Dave serves the university well in his position as a PTS supervisor. He assists with providing parking needs for any and all special events at the university. His 23 years of experience in the U.S. Army is of great value in his current position.

Frank Prater, M.A.
Events Supervisor

Frank serves the university well in his position as a PTS supervisor. He assists with providing parking needs for any and all special events at the university. His 17 years of management experience in operating movie theaters is of great value in his current position.
