Graduate Student Services Office
The Student Services area of the Graduate School works closely with you and your department on services such as: orientation, adding and dropping courses, registration procedures, student academic employment, degree evaluation, and convocation.
Although many of your questions can be answered by your departmental graduate adviser or graduate coordinator, the Graduate School student services staff is available on a walk-in basis to advise you on matters from petitions to withdraw to questions about formatting your dissertation or thesis.
We are located in the Main Building, Room 101. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and our phone number is 512-471-4511. We look forward to assisting you.
