Petition to Transfer A Graduate Course from another Institution to use on a UT Master's Degree

Petition to Write a Thesis, Report or Dissertation in a Language other than English  
Program of Work - Master's Effective Fall 2008, an electronic Program of Work that has been approved by the Graduate Adviser will be reinstated as a graduation requirement for all Master's Degree Candidates. This paper form is for use by students enrolled in 698A or by special permission of the Graduate Dean. (Dual-degree students must use the Dual-Degree Program of Work below.)
Program of Work for Dual Degree - Master's Effective Fall 2008, a Program of Work that has been approved by the Graduate Adviser will be reinstated as a graduation requirement for all Master's Degree Candidates. This form is for use by students enrolled in dual-degree programs only.
Report on Doctoral Dissertation Form to be used only if you have lost the computer-generated copy previously sent to you.  This form is completed by members of a student's dissertation committee to comment on student's dissertation and defense and is due within 10 days of the student's defense.
