Graduate School (GRS) Courses
GRS Courses are inter-disciplinary, focusing on topics such as academic
and professional writing, teaching methods, ethics, consulting, innovation
and communication.
GRS courses provide students with opportunities and tools to complete
projects that are part of their teaching and research, as well as projects
that fulfill professional and community interests. GRS courses:
- may be taken at any stage in one's academic
program,
- are open to all university master's and
doctoral students,
- are often counted as part of a plan
of study and may also be taken
on top of a regular or full load of classes (check with your department),
- may be taken for a letter grade or on
a Credit/No Credit basis (note: internships are only offered
on a CR/NC basis), and
- are graduate-level and count toward full-time
graduate status.
