Funding Resources
The University of Texas at Austin supports graduate education by providing funding to attract and retain the best and brightest graduate students. Stipends in varying amounts are provided to graduate students based upon merit and / or need. Fellowships may include assistance with tuition and fees, and / or additional funds for insurance.
Students are nominated for university and departmental fellowships by the graduate academic department and students do not apply directly for these fellowships. Talk to your graduate adviser if you are interested in being nominated for a fellowship.
