Up to $1200 awarded for transportation and registration to present original research or creative effort at up to two meetings of a learned society per academic year.
Graduate School Diversity Mentoring Fellowships - Diversity Mentoring Fellowship program is to help faculty members at The University of Texas at Austin bring outstanding new graduate students to campus that add to the diversity of our campus and mentor them. $16,000 stipend plus Tuition Benefit Assistance.
Graduate School Editorial Assistantships - The Office of Graduate Studies has some funding to support editorial graduate research assistantships. These are intended to provide partial support to graduate students who are doing substantial editorial work to assist a faculty member who is serving as editor of a journal. The amount of the award can vary from a "tuition award" to a part-time Graduate Research Assistant (GRA) appointment depending on need, number of applications received, and the funding available. Stipends are typically $7000 - $8000 for a 10 hour GRA appointment.
