Organizational Development Services
One of the main goals of our office is to improve
organizational effectiveness through the development of leaders and organizations.
We address our efforts to improve organizational effectiveness through
the delivery of training courses and through a variety of other interventions
that collectively can be called organizational development.
Organizational development services and initiatives are based on an understanding that
various parts of the organization's structure, systems and people
must be aligned and involved if change efforts are to result in enhanced
organizational excellence. These services include:
- Consulting with management/executive teams on designing/implementing major change initiatives
- Consulting on actions needed to examine and adjust internal policies, work processes, staff development, etc.
- Facilitating executive retreats and strategic planning processes
- Facilitating other meetings of teams and departments
- Coaching services for individuals for professional development planning
- Customized classes created specifically for your organizational needs
- Keynote speeches and conferences sessions on a wide variety of management and leadership development topics
When staff development is identified as a needed part of the systemic change effort, these consulting services often incorporate parts or all of our existing courses such as Strategic Planning and Performance Measurement, Systems Thinking, and Managing Change.
