Overview
If your department or college uses Austin Active Directory and has its own printers, or uses Contract Printing Services, you can use Austin Printing Service. The service allows you to control access to your printers through Austin Active Directory groups, and you can configure your printer centrally rather than having to configure it on each individual user's computer.

Cost
Austin Printing Service is available at no cost to Austin Active Directory subscribers. However, the department or college must supply the printer and supplies, or lease a printer through Contract Printing Services.
