To use the VPN, you need an active UT EID and an Internet connection (high-speed, dial-up, or the UT Public Network).

Windows XP Only: VPN via Web Browser (SSL Option)
Windows XP users have the option to use a VPN client via their Web browsers. (This client connects using the SSL protocol.)
