The Voltage help desk has agreed to provide software patches for substantial problems which can be handled in no other way.
In addition, the Customer may request additional services free of charge such as:
- Additional training for technical staff of customer
- Additional documentation for customer
- On site support (i.e. upgrades to new versions of Voltage, system software, or new hardware)
Additional services are available on terms agreed upon between Voltage and UT System.
