Nominations are always accepted! The next celebration announcing winners of the CAST Award will be May 7, 2008. The nomination deadline is April 25, 2008.

You may submit your nomination via this web form or you may print it out and mail it to ITS CAST Award, UT Austin, FAC 248 (G9800), P. O. Box 7407, Austin, Texas, 78713 or put it in Campus Mail to ITS CAST Award - G9800.

1. Demonstrates consistently high work performance.

2. Promotes positive morale by displaying a congenial, supportive attitude and serves as a role model to others.

3. Puts forth an effort to improve self as well as to develop and recognize others.

4. Exhibits initiative and creativity through innovation resulting in improved ITS/university services.

5. Enhances the image of ITS and/or the university.
