8:51 PM - Credit Card Processing Outage
Service RestoredAt approximately 8:42 p.m. on 11/18/2008, the Credit Card Service became available
Appproximately 7:33 p.m. on 11/18/2008, the Credit Card service became unavailable again. We are currently working with the credit card processor.
At approximately 7:15 p.m. on 11/18/2008, the Credit Card Service became available.
At approximately 4:46 p.m. on 11/18/2008, the Credit Card service became unavailable. This problem has been reported to the service manager and is being investigated.

10:31 AM - UPDATED: Webmail Emergency Maintenance
Service Functioning, Temporary Solution in PlaceAs of November 4, 2008, ITS has continued to investigate the issues associated with the Webmail upgrade, and is working toward a possible re-launch for mid-December.
As of Wednesday, October 29, 2008, the Webmail upgrade has been postponed. ITS is working to investigate the difficulties encountered with the upgrade, and will reschedule the rollout as soon as the problems are resolved. In the meantime, users can access the older version of Webmail at webmail.utexas.edu.
As of 1:50 p.m., the old version of Webmail has been temporarily moved back to webmail.utexas.edu, since the old version is not experiencing problems.
The situation with the new version continues to be under investigation. ITS plans to post updates regarding the situation as soon as information becomes available, preferably no later than Wednesday, October 29.
As of 12:30 p.m., ITS is still investigating the situation and performing maintenance work as needed.
On Tuesday, October 28, 2008, at 8:51 a.m., Webmail became unavailable so ITS could perform emergency maintenance. The old version of Webmail located at old.webmail.utexas.edu is unaffected and is still available.
