A web system composed of numerous secure online academic services utilized by the dean's office.
This services range in advising worksheet, graduation application, concurrent enrollment petition, etc. All of these services provide both students and staff from the College of Geosciences with the ability to utilize various academic services online. Students can gain submit for review for these academic services while the dean's office can monitor and manage incoming student requests.

| Description |
Grants.gov is a centralized suite of services that provides a simple, unified electronic storefront for interactions between grant applicants and the Federal agencies that manage grant funds. These grant services are offered and accessed by means of a web service.
ACT provided a proof-of-concept application that integrates with the published web service methods from Grants.gov. The proof-of-concept applied solely to the technological steps involved for communicating with the web service. ACT was not concerned with prior data processing of grant proposals and requests.
The results of the project were used to determine if it was technologically feasible to build this system in-house at the University. Additionally, it was used in evaluating buy versus build with other vendor products.

A web scholarship application for the College of Education (COE). The application
provides all students from within the COE and the College of Liberal Arts the ability
to submit a scholarship application. Additionally, the application provides authorized
COE staff with the ability to filter searchers for reviewing, printing, and approving scholarship applicants.

| Description | Software maintenance support and development of the existing Orange Santa system. The system also allows users to complete a Web volunteer form for designated shift times. An administrative section provides an interface for contacting and managing volunteer records and generating reports. Data integrity, form validation, and testing were employed for both the client volunteer submission form and the administrative side. |
