The ITS Projects Office focuses on bringing greater structure and organization to the selection and management of ITS projects.

Process definition, communication, measurement and improvement enables organizational improvements in operational effectiveness. Improved resource allocation and planning, data collection and management reporting to enhance the visibility of ITS projects and aid in prioritization and portfolio management. Training and consulting services are available to develop and grow organizational competence in project management.
