Campus Planning and Facilities Management (CPFM) creates and maintains The University of Texas at Austin's architectural fabric and exceptional physical environment. CPFM is responsible for the planning, design and construction management of all new buildings and major renovation projects at the university. In addition, through the departments of Facilities Services, Project Management and Construction Services, and Utilities and Energy Management, CPFM manages existing buildings and infrastructure, as well as the provision of all utilities on campus. CPFM also coordinates the development of the campus-wide Capital Improvement Program through the department of Campus Planning and Capital Projects.
