Important employment dates and deadlines for work-study assignments for Fall 2012 and Spring 2013 are available on the Office of Student Financial Services website. - Employee Browse Functionality Now Available
You can now use the Employee Browse functionality to locate and get more information about an individual, such as the individual’s UT EID or assignment status, without having to know the correct spelling or full name of the individual. This new feature is similar to the search capabilities on the *DEFINE AL2 screen, and allows users to find information without having to leave HRMS and go to another administrative system. To access this new feature in HRMS, click the Employee tab and you will land on the new Browse tab. For more information on Employee Browse, visit askUS and HRMS Help.
Note: If an individual has more than one assignment, the individual’s name is listed only once in the search results. - Spring 2012 HRMS Newsletter Now Available
