What are the transfer rules for the 1999 series ARP/ATP accounts?

Funds may not be transferred among different ARP/ATP accounts; however, funds may be transferred between sub-accounts in the same budget group.

Over the life of the grant, no more than a cumulative total of $10,000 may be transferred across budget categories (personnel/permanent equipment/travel/direct other costs) and no more than a total of $5,000 may be transferred from student support (post-doctoral trainee/graduate student/undergraduate student) without prior Coordinating Board approval. The personnel account includes the salaries and wages of the primary investigator, classified employees, and student support. For more information, please visit www.arpatp.com.
