provide the support you need to make effective use of new instructional
tools.

Opportunities to advance pedagogical, professional, and personal development form
the core of the Graduate Student Instructors Program, with seminars for new and experienced GSIs,
midterm assessment and individual consulting, and the newly developed ASPECTS program.
~FAST Tex and IITAP
Pairing faculty with vision and technology-savvy students is a recipe
for success, as the mushrooming number of projects developed through ~FAST
Tex is showing. And projects that started out as ~FAST Tex collaborations
are showing up in increasing numbers in the entries for the university's
prestigious instructional technology awards program, IITAP.
K-16 Coordination / UTOPIA K-12
The role of coordinating K-16 activities for the University is a natural
for DIIA because the division staff works and makes connections with faculty
and programs all across campus.
