Course management systems and electronic grade books simplify course administration and add new dimensions to teaching and learning.

Advancing Students’ Professional Excellence With Certificates in Teaching Series is a newly launched program from DIIA and the Office of Graduate Studies, offering graduate students a series of sessions on pedagogy, personal, and professional development.

New and Experienced Faculty Seminars
A wide range of local instructional conferences and training opportunities underscore UT Austin's commitment to teaching excellence.

Summer Workshops
Staff members from all three DIIA centers and invited guest instructors combined forces during the summer of 2003 to present 48 training sessions on all aspects of using instructional technologies.
