Assigning a survey

1. On the OCA home page in the Navigation Menu, click on the Assign a Survey link.

2. On the Survey Assignment page, click on the radio button next to the template that you would like to assign.

3. Scroll down the page. In the text boxes provided, enter the Open Date, Close Date, and your email address.
Note: The survey will open early on the Open Date and stay open throughout the Close Date to close that evening.

4. Click on the radio button to choose the Assign to the selected classes option. In the Class List, click on the selection boxes to choose the classes.

5. Click on the Assign the survey button to finish assigning your survey.

6. A confirmation message reports that the survey has been assigned. Notification emails are automatically sent to students enrolled in the class(es) when a survey opens. The email will contain a link to the survey.
